About Us
We are a small, family owned business. We started Rock Stock Music Shop because we wanted to make it easier for people and musicians to access their music essentials. We found the best way we could achieve convenient, after-hours access was with our customised vending machines. Musicians often do their best work at night after all!
It turns out, we have really enjoyed the process of bringing our regional customers a great range of affordable gear. We are also happy to see an entirely new generation of young musicians engaging with our products. It's never too early to pick-up an instrument!

*** Due to the remote nature of our operations, refunds and exchanges (once approved) will be processed on Tuesdays for Woy Woy customers and Wednesday for Green Hills customers***

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind purchases.
​You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
